Question Of The Month Our shop is so slow we can barely keep the lights on. But at the same time, we’re late (on orders) all the time, my production manager says he needs even more people, our customers are pissed off – that also seems to be all the time – and I end up spending most of my time running around expediting orders. I know we could get more business anytime we want it because I’ve got a stack of quotes on my desk that keeps growing ‘cause I don’t have the time to get to them because I’m always running around expediting orders.
